Matrix Concepts Holdings Berhad (Matrix Concepts) has commenced construction of the new SJK(T) Ladang Labu Bahagian 4 in MVV City, Negeri Sembilan, marking an important milestone in strengthening educational infrastructure within the growing integrated township. The groundbreaking ceremony was officiated by YB Fadhlina Sidek, Minister of Education, and attended by representatives from the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE), Negeri Sembilan State Government, NS Corporation, and Matrix Concepts.

The new school development is part of MVV City’s long-term vision to create a sustainable and complete township ecosystem, where residential, economic, education and community facilities grow together.

The project is estimated to cost approximately RM8.9 million, with Matrix Concepts contributing 50% of the development cost, while the remaining funding is supported through contributions from the school’s Board of Governors, the local community and other stakeholders.

The school is expected to be completed within approximately 12 months and will support a larger student population as surrounding communities and future MVV City developments continue to grow.

The groundbreaking ceremony demonstrates Matrix Concepts’ role in accelerating MVV City’s development while reinforcing its reputation as a responsible township developer that prioritises community well-being and sustainable growth.
