Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd strengthened the industrial ecosystem within MVV City through the sale of industrial land to logistics company Golog Holdings for the development of cold chain infrastructure. The collaboration supports the growth of Malaysia Vision Valley 2.0 (MVV 2.0) as an integrated industrial and logistics hub.

The cold chain facilities will support temperature-controlled storage, warehousing, and distribution for sectors such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce, logistics, and import-export trade. The partnership is also linked to the China-Malaysia Air Silk Road Dual Hub Industrial Park initiative, enhancing regional logistics and cross-border supply chain connectivity.

MVV City, jointly developed by Matrix and the Negeri Sembilan state government, spans 2,382 acres and includes industrial, residential, commercial, and institutional components with an estimated GDV of RM15 billion over 12 years.

This development reflects Matrix’s long-term strategy of transforming MVV City into a future-ready industrial and economic ecosystem rather than a conventional industrial park. By attracting strategic logistics and industrial players like Golog, Matrix is strengthening MVV TechValley’s competitiveness and positioning it as a regional hub for advanced logistics, manufacturing, and supply chain operations.
