The second phase of Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd’s Resort Villa has received a score of 89 per cent in the Malaysia CIDB quality assessment system in construction.
This surpasses Resort Villa Phase 1’s score of 88 per cent, setting a new benchmark for landed housing developments nationwide, Matrix Concepts said.
The assessment is the national benchmark for construction quality, and a score above 80 per cent is regarded as a significant accomplishment within the industry.
With Resort Villa Phase 2 attaining 89 per cent, Matrix Concepts continues to affirm its leadership in delivering superior workmanship, compliance with national standards, and uncompromising attention to detail in every stage of development.
“Attaining an 89 per cent score is an incredible achievement for the group and a true reflection of the team’s dedication and precision in execution,” said Matrix Concepts group executive director Kelvin Lee.
“Our homeowners deserve nothing less than excellence, and this recognition reinforces Matrix’s brand promise of delivering homes that are not only well-built, but also enduring in quality and value.
“This milestone strengthens our reputation as a trusted developer that consistently raises the bar in the Malaysian property landscape,” Lee added.
Resort Villa continues to stand as one of the group’s flagship developments, designed to offer an elevated lifestyle experience within Bandar Sri Sendayan in Negri Sembilan.
