Levia Residence Kuala Lumpur Hits Key Milestone, Signalling Growth in Klang Valley

The Story.

Seremban-based developer Matrix Concepts Holdings Bhd (KL:MATRIX) topped out Levia Residence Kuala Lumpur in Pandan Perdana, Cheras on Thursday. The project has a 88% taken-up rate and is on track for completion in early 2027.

Levia Residence KL marks the group’s second development in the Klang Valley after completing Chambers KL in 2018. It is also the first project under its Levia collection and the group’s first high-rise project undertaken by its in-house construction team.

Nestled on a 4.71-acre tract, the project offers 778 units spread across two 36-storey residential towers. The unit built-up sizes range from 938 to 1,364 sq ft, and are priced from RM660 psf. The project carries a gross development value (GDV) of RM523 million.
“Cheras continues to grow supported by MRT (mass rapid transit) connectivity and its proximity to TRX (Tun Razak Exchange). Demand in this corridor remains strong,” said Matrix Concepts group executive director Kelvin Lee Chin Chuan in the project’s topping out ceremony.
Meanwhile, the second project under Levia collection — Levia Puchong, is expected to be launched in the second quarter of 2026. The project will have a GDV of RM750 million and offers 1,336 units targeting the working adults seeking proximity to amenities.
